The short version: Playa Pal has no server, no accounts, and no analytics. Everything you do in the app stays on your phone unless you yourself beam it to a campmate.
Nothing is transmitted to us — or to anyone — automatically. There is no sign-up, no telemetry, no advertising, no crash reporting service, and no network calls during normal use. The permissions the app asks for are used entirely on your device:
Playa Pal's camp features are phone-to-phone. When you tap "Beam the board" or share a note, the app creates a file (or a QR code) on your screen, and you choose how it travels — AirDrop, Quick Share, a messaging app, a cable. The recipient is whoever you hand it to. No copy passes through any server of ours, and there is none it could.
Two things use the internet, both started by you: downloading an AI model (fetched from the model's public host) and any data packs you choose to fetch. These are downloads to your phone, not uploads of anything about you.
Playa Pal is a general-audience navigation and reference app and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included — it does not collect personal information at all.
If a future version ever changes any of the above, this page and the app's changelog will say so plainly before it ships.
